My spouse and I hired Karen for both wedding florals & coordination. Karen did an incredible job for our wedding on 09/19/2025 at Red Rocks Trading Post! Red Rocks Trading Post didn't make the job easy as there were 3 or 4 changes in point of contact / event coordinators throughout the 9 months we were planning. Working with Karen was unfortunately one of the most frustrating vendor experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was incredibly poor, she frequently failed to respond to emails, was disorganized, and had difficulty coordinating with both myself and my client. Ordered flowers online before they opened and they were never delivered. I left several voicemails and never received a call back. We live in Texas and my wife went to Castle Rock for our nieces graduation that also fell on our 15th anniversary. So having flowers delivered to my sister-n-laws house the day of our anniversary, from Texas, with my wife's entire family there, was a big deal. Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with as a florist and planner. She did a fantastic job coming up with many ideas but always going based off of what I was wanting, and she reused flower designs to save cost. She also helped my family and I navigate a very difficult venue, ensuring that we had as much support as possible.
