I have been very fortunate to have an amazing property manager to manage my Rental property in Perth, namely Gia Ghamrawi. We have had some ongoing issues with our tenant over the last few months & Mia has been amazing. I am impressed by her professionalism & patience, she is very generous with offering advice & her knowledge of the Industry is reassuring. There has been a lot of recent correspondence regarding our tenant and Mia has managed that like a champion, we are very lucky to have her working with us.
I give this company ZERO star for the matter that they are one of biggest scammers! Don't go near them! They start to scam you non ending with help of REGUS !they put you in a so called online profile and they keep NOT giving you any option to have your leased finished on ending date and keep renewing it without your consent and your wish and then harass you for money despite they knew you never wished to renew your lease! then they say you should TERMINATED when we renewed it without your wish and your consent !!!then you a... read more
Worked here for Centrelink. Only thing good about this place was it's proximity to Mr Pagnotta.
