No. I wouldn’t recommend the highlands to anyone. Incredibly rude management, and extreme hidden fees. The management here will make you realize you made a mistake and should’ve picked somewhere else. Absolutely my biggest mistake was signing a lease at the highlands.
Do not sign a lease here. You are charged an additional $50 a month for you pet -DEAD OR ALIVE! They still want their $50 dollars each month. It's all about THE MONEY. No common sense ammendment to a lease regarding your pet. DEAD OR ALIVE - YOU HAVE TO PAY !
Poor management
If you like rude management, no concern for tenants, 6-8 months of constant reminders to get repairs done to your townhouse that you pay 1200 a month, they do not hold up to their lease agreements, unless it means more money for them. Then this is the place for you. If management would half way do their job, this would be a great place to live, but the management makes you want to move, so sad, but if you like a hateful, rude attitude each time you visit the office or tell them of a repair that needs done, then this is the p... read more
