Treated a good friend of ours horribly (promised a tv, wasn't there for signing, didn't give our friend keys...actually made her go to a builder to pick up her own keys..never showed up and didn't communicate, this is a big moment in her life and he made it a terrible experience and took advantage of her inexperience and then had the nerve to yell at her for her calling and wondering why he wasn't there for her) We will all spread the word to never use this real estate agency.
