My wife’s Fiat was efficiently serviced within 3 hours, approximately $480 for a regular service (oil change and inspection); bit pricey, but I find most garages in this region charge similar rates. The Woodend Garage have been the best car mechanics in the Macedon Ranges for European cars (from over a decade of personal experiences), exceptionally clean premises and friendly staff.
Travelled from Bendigo to Woodend for lunch. Upon leaving my VW Golf had warning lights and was making a chugging noise. Thankfully I found The Garage. The lady in the office was very understanding and helpful. As it was 4pm the mechanic was quickly able to diagnose the problem. Luckily they had the right part in store. The job was done in no time with minimal cost and I was on my way back to Bendigo. So impressed and grateful to The Garage staff.
Just moved to Woodend I was looking for a local mechanic, Spoke to the lady on the phone to have someone look over my car for another opinion she was rude to me on the phone then the day of drop off she was also very rude to me at the desk wasn’t very happy so I didn’t go through with it very terrible customer service for a first time customer.
