I was looking forward to this experience for a few weeks just based off of the other reviews I read. However I was pretty disappointed. When I pay over $50 for a grooming (this one was over $90) I expect a certain level of professionalism. That was not what I got. First, most of the stylist looked like they had just rolled out of bed, put some sweatpants on and the company tshirt, nothing special or stand out about it. 2/5 for appearance.
