I recently stayed with a friend while visiting the area for several weeks. Old world meets new world, unique setting, washer/dryer included in unit, management is responsive and very helpful. There is nothing available in California for this amount of rent, can only rent a room for this price.
very old, leaky building - management company is very defensive. Dogs constantly barking, I couldn't stand living there very long. I don't recommend.
Spacious, quiet and well maintained. Loved the outside the door parking, felt safe. Centrally located in a beautiful historic building. Stayed there for few months a while back and wish they had something similar where currently reside....
