This gym was built by people that have fought the good fight. Busy professionals with kids and grand kids. With hobbies and friends but still wanted to be the best versions of themselves. So one day at work, on a piece of paper after studying this "fitness game" since I was 19 and getting "LOVE FLUFF" as we called it and then getting in the best shape of our lives at 40+.

My Son introduced me to this gym 7 mths ago and I've been coming ever since. I would never step foot in a gym because I was self conscious but they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend to everyone! Awesome gym!

I’d in the military and the gym reminds me of a place in Iraq I use to lift at on base . Love it , love the atmosphere. Great people great staff
An abundance of weight lifting/cardio equipment and athletes from all sports and backgrounds working out here together. The owners are kind and encouraging, even build me custom workouts on their app to optimize my performance in my specific sport and they'll help me with form if I ever ask, too. The music is open for the public to change(Spotify on an unlocked iPad) and with a key, you can get in 24/7, and if no one is using the rink, that's available for use too.
