Nicolas was awesome to work with! He was honest, prompt, and replaced parts we needed right away. He even called the previous garage company who installed the incorrect springs on our garage door. He got this company to come out right away and replace the Incorrect springs to the correct springs. That was a weight lifted off of our shoulders to have to do that ourselves. We always use the garage door company.
