After waiting 24 hours for another company to not respond, I called Ben and he arrived within the hour. He gave us a temporary fix and later that day confirmed a time and day to permanently fix the garage door. It's never sounded or worked better. It was an easy, smooth and seamless transaction. Ben is a good professional and very helpful. Five stars, thoroughly recommend.

Ben took the time to figure out what the issues were and then strengthened the door and brackets, ensuring it would work properly. It's now smooth and quiet and operating better than when it was new.
