I called Joel on a Thursday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing on Saturday morning and repair a broken spring. He did great work and is a total pro. Thank you Joel for helping us out!
Joel was responsive, kind, on-time, and did great work. I've worked with Joel several times now and cannot recommend him highly enough.
Joel showed up pdq and fixed the broken spring in 30 minutes! Awesome!
Joel of “The Garage Door Company” responded quickly to my repair request. He arrived earlier than expected. He was very professional and courteous, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the broken spring. I will definitely use him again if needed. (And a very nice young man).
