Installed $3000 garage door incorrectly. I didn't notice it until it stopped closing, but the rails were misaligned and caused the opener to fail and not close the door all the way. Called for service and they told me it would be $89 for a service call... for a door they just installed incorrectly. Don't believe their lifetime warranty, it comes with caveats, even if they are at fault
