My opinion is they have poor customer service, very inconsistent on their service and policies. Based on that and today’s experience; poor management and service, I’d advise to goto Tuckers in Norman which has never disappointed like the staff at garage did this afternoon.
Not the best Garage burgers we’ve been too. Great location around the corner from the new total wine but the food was just not as good and service was poor. My husband had loaded French fries and they were much smaller than we have had and so covered with jalapenos but missing the cheese. When we asked the server about the cheese he pointed very closely almost touched the plate. We sent it back and just asked for a regular order of fries which they brought but no one offered a refund.
