Would give zero stars if possible. Took my GTI here a few years ago for a tune and had the owner call me broke and tried to hold my car hostage for days (invoice was paid). Also told me if i wanted car back to call the police. Super terrible experience do yourself a favor and choose a different shop.
Like other reviews Haleigh held my car for 2 months with no communication, I repeatedly tried to get in touch with her, with no response. Terrible way to run a business, but also just really terrible as a person, to allow someone to go through so much stress and worry when you could simply send a text. I would recommend setting your car on fire before taking it here at least you would know what happened to it.
