I started taking Lisa’s classes at the beginning of lockdown and got hooked immediately. So challenging, so engaging, and crazy motivating. There is nothing quite like Hammer, and let me tell you this: it is one of the best things to happen to my dance career, ever!!
The most incredible workout you will ever get. Lisa is a world class physical therapist, so every exercise is designed to improve balance, strength and endurance. The continuous pace keeps the cardio/heart rate up, and the music keeps it fun. Best is the shared experience - with everyone else in the class it makes a community. Also fun to have the occasional celebrity athlete or dancer appearance which bleeds over from her rehab and training business.
