My husband and I drove around when the lots were closed and saw a few cars we liked so we looked online for prices. Went to the lot on Frankford and asked the salesman about a vehicle we saw online. He had us follow him to another lot to see those cars. We did the test drive, told him how we were paying and asked for a set price out the door. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THE GARAGE!!! They don’t care about anything but making a sale! They feed you all the BS! They try to get buy a warranty and it is no good! My purchase from them was a huge mistake! I wish I had time to stand outside their door to stop people from buying from them!
In April 2023, I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion and paid close to $14,000 cash, inclusive of a recommended extended vehicle service contract for an additional $2,000. The car worked for 3.5 months and then stopped working. Took it in for diagnosis and it will cost over $9,000 to repair. Now trying to deal with the vehicle service contract agency and of course they aren't making things easy.
