The Gallery Salon is a very pleasant environment, clean and esthetically pleasing. The front counter person was very inviting when checking me in. The stylist that took care of me (Haley) was so sweet and very knowledgeable of her craft and made me look absolutely beautiful by the time I left her chair. She was extremely personable and we laughed and joked a lot during my appointment. I also booked a scalp massage with her and it was simply amazing! Go check this place out!

I've been a client of The Gallery for 40 years. It had a different name back then but it was operated by the same people. The designers and entire staff at The Gallery are great people who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Plus the hair designers are very talented and professional. They really listen to you regarding your hair needs and desires. They are also happy to help you by making suggestions if you are unsure about what to do with your hair. If you're looking for a salon where you feel relaxed and pampered, check out The Gallery. They give an amazing head massage when they shampoo your hair, offer you cheese and crackers and a drink to relax while your color processes, and a cozy robe to protect clothes from hair products. Excellent service. The quality of cuts are well above average, especially given the local area. I feel the prices are a little high by Chicago standards. That said, I'm a happy repeat-customer.
