The best stylists, professional and so up to date with products, styling, etc. I finally found my forever salon and stylist with Ellie 💖 and know if she is ever not available, I would be in great hands with someone else!
Ellie was the sweetest person ever!! She made me feel so welcome and her attention to detail made me feel better seeing someone new for my haircut!! 100% coming back for my future haircuts and color, the hour drive is sooo worth it!!
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was very clear before the service that I wanted to keep my hair light, preserve my face-framing highlight, correct my highlights, and soften/blend my very dark roots. I had had the same hair color for several years, and I wanted to keep it that way. I needed color and grey blending, paid 350 dollars in my first appointment. Before my second appointment, this salon’s general manager insisted on me cutting an additional 3 inches off my hair and dictated to me what color to put on the roots. For reference I had already cut 4 inches off in the previous three months. I said no, and she became argumentative and condescending. The first time I saw Tatum for lash extensions, I knew immediately that I was with best of the best. Her lashes were perfection. In the many years that I have had extensions not one of them was as creative, didn’t ask what type I wanted ( I did ask for natural) and proceeded to jam on the most outrageous lashes or nothing at all).
