In June of 2013, I went to the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery to get my deviated septum fixed, my hump brought down, and some turbinate reduction. We did everything they asked us to. Filled out countless papers, got a CT scan, everything. They said they'd get back to us when our insurance pre approved everything.
