This is the worst management I have ever seen. The elevators have been down for weeks forcing me to use the stairs and violating the ADA standards. The charging stations have not been working for 4 weeks. Anytime you message the management they always have an excuse and never fix anything.
Beware of this place and any other Greystar-managed property!!! Three and a half years ago, I applied online for an apartment at The Gallery at Mills Park before moving to Orlando. For applying and reserving an apartment prior to signing the lease, they charged me $625: an online application fee of $75.00 , an online administrative fee of $250.00 , and a floorplan deposit of $300.00 . Great Location, but Disappointing Management Practices The location is truly outstanding—I’d rate it 5 out of 5 stars. Easily one of the best spots in Orlando. The units themselves are acceptable overall, but it’s clear they’re constructed with cost-cutting in mind. Details like misaligned or missing trim, low-quality fixtures, and awkward placements reflect the lower-end finishes. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! This is by far the WORST apartment management I have experienced in my life. Today a cat has been on a balcony crying in heat distress for hours. I go up to the front desk multiple times looking for help. One person closed an office door while I was talking and the others just looked at each other and did nothing but instruct me to go investigate it further instead of them.
