Deceptive and Unprofessional Leasing Practices. This leasing office operates with misleading tactics, poor communication, and unprofessional service. Aside from the location & the fact that the apartment itself appears pretty to the eye, there’s nothing else to it. The apartment was “move-in” ready while dirty, food stuck in cabinets, blinds broken, lights on the washer indicating cleaning was required, lights on the dryer indicating to check vent, oven handles lose, piles of dust everywhere, hair all over the restroom, a broken toilet seat. Lived here on/off a few times. The location is prime, they are adding more cool spots along Virginia. Walking distance to so much. Convenient trail for walking your dog and the gym is an amazing apartment gym. In unit laundry is a plus. Overall enjoyed my time here and would recommend!
I chose The Gallery at Mills Park for a number of reasons: the leasing staff made the process super easy, the floor plans to choose from, the amenities, and the walkability and convenience of the area. Looking forward to moving in next month.
