Great Location, but Disappointing Management Practices The location is truly outstanding—I’d rate it 5 out of 5 stars. Easily one of the best spots in Orlando. The units themselves are acceptable overall, but it’s clear they’re constructed with cost-cutting in mind. Details like misaligned or missing trim, low-quality fixtures, and awkward placements reflect the lower-end finishes. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! This is by far the WORST apartment management I have experienced in my life. Today a cat has been on a balcony crying in heat distress for hours. I go up to the front desk multiple times looking for help. One person closed an office door while I was talking and the others just looked at each other and did nothing but instruct me to go investigate it further instead of them. After a short 10 months here, I’m looking forward to moving out. While the location is top-tier, the amenities are great, and the maintenance team is fantastic, the units need much-needed TLC. 1. After moving in, was welcomed with leftover junk / mold in the dishwasher that was nearly impossible to clean. Asked for service a couple days later to have it cleaned out, no one ever showed up. 2. Terrible place to live. Avoid at all costs. Gabriel White, Assistant Property Manager, was incredibly unhelpful and rude after a wire connected to our A/C unit short circuited and filled our apartment with smoke. Afterwards, we were told by both Gabriel and a maintenance man that this is “the most common issue at the apartment.” It certainly seems concerning, dangerous, and misleading that a short circuit (which could cause a fire) is the most common issue, and yet nothing has been done to make tenants aware, to minimize ris... read more
