Theres so many things wrong with this complex from stairs that break (several people fell through the stairs) at different buildings, to people dying (2 people dead in 1 year we’ve lived here), AC not working during peak summers (expect to pay $400-500 for electricity because theres no insulation), heat not working during winters, horrible parking situation, dog shit everywhere and smell of piss in alot of areas. Trash piles by the dumpster when the dumpster is still empty, broken windows (both cars and units). Mold in vents... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN! Office staff and the maintenance boy are very unprofessional and don't know how to plan and organize repairs. They never communicate anything unless you ask them 5 times via text and email. They don't care about the safety and well being of their tenants. Staff says maintenance is coming but they never show up. You ask why the next day, nobody knows why or nobody responds. Weeks go by with them making false promises and me making arrangements for them to be here and taking off ... read more
