Where do I begin. For the rent it isn’t worth it. I have lived here since august 2021 and have had nothing but issues with my unit. So as people move the current management company is flipping the units and charging a substantial increase in rent. At the same time they are very difficult to work with to maintain the units that are not flipped and are currently occupied. I love Hermosa and have been here my whole life but this was not the best mice. If you can afford a little bit more a month you can do substantially better. ... read more
