I recently purchased fixtures for our bathroom remodel. We spent a lot of money for fixtures there on of the thing we ordered was a shower door cost around 650.00. I was told by the sales representative there would be a carton fee. I ask what that was and she said it was to protect the door for shipping. I assumed it would be a reinforced box or crate protecting the shower door. However when I went to pick it up it was just card board a foam around the edges no protection for the glass at all. They are very good about finding those niche parts for upper end and regular plumbing fixtures. I appreciate the Harry Coopers staff. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help. They are very good about finding those hard to find parts and get them in a timely manner, hooray for Harry Cooper Supply and their team I’ve been shopping with them for over 35 years
