The Galatyn Lodge is truly a hidden gem. The location is perfect, an easy walk to everything in town and also there is a bus stop out front that drops you off at the lift. The rooms are very nice, recently remodeled, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The people are very friendly and helpful. They helped schedule in-room massages and dinner reservations for us. There is no on-site gym or spa, but you get access to the Gravity House Gym / Spa , two buildings down, (which is excellent). They do have a pool on-site, which is gre... read more

Having stayed at The Galatyn Lodge numerous times over the past serval years during numerous seasons, I cannot recommend it enough! It’s the perfect spot for a family, couples or friend trip! The location is unmatched (walking distance to Vail Village and Golden Peak, and Ford Amphitheater)! The bus stops right in front of the lodge if walking isn’t your thing! The Galatyn is our go to place in Vail. The layout of the lodge makes it perfect for families (both big and small.) The way it is laid out allows you to take over an entire floor, or just certain rooms - to adjust based off the size of your party. Beyond being customizable in that way, it is incredibly well taken care of and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.
