Service was amazing. Jodi and Josh went out of their way to explain everything about Vail and any questions we had!
Stayed here 3/20-3/22 2026 and can’t recommend it enough we loved it!!! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, amenities were great with storage lockers for snow gear, pool and even an entry to the spa. The staff was amazing Jodi at the front desk was truly a gem and so helpful!!! Will definitely be coming back here asap!
I was telling a friend about our stay at The Galatyn, and the highest compliment I could come up with is that it’s probably the only hotel where I’d feel comfortable letting my baby crawl around on the floor. The place was absolutely immaculate. Every detail felt clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully maintained. On top of that, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. We are definitely coming back, this place was great, the location is perfect, great coffee shops for breakfast 1 min away, has free indoor parking, you get free spa passes, the room was super clean, super warm, bathroom perfect hot shower, the lady was super nice, she even kept our suitcases for us the last day after checkout, I completely recommend its sincerely a 11 out of 10 place!!!
The lodge was extremely clean and well kept beginning at the front entry as well as when we walked into our room. A humidifier was provided in our room and was ready when we arrived. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and provided suggestions on places we might want to visit in Vail. We had friendly conversations with the front desk each of the 5 days we stayed in February, that made it feel like we were back home.
