We are definitely coming back, this place was great, the location is perfect, great coffee shops for breakfast 1 min away, has free indoor parking, you get free spa passes, the room was super clean, super warm, bathroom perfect hot shower, the lady was super nice, she even kept our suitcases for us the last day after checkout, I completely recommend its sincerely a 11 out of 10 place!!!
The lodge was extremely clean and well kept beginning at the front entry as well as when we walked into our room. A humidifier was provided in our room and was ready when we arrived. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and provided suggestions on places we might want to visit in Vail. We had friendly conversations with the front desk each of the 5 days we stayed in February, that made it feel like we were back home. Hidden Gem in downtown Vail !! Family friendly (including your Golden Retriever). Beautiful, spacious, updated, top notch accommodations, incredibly well stocked Chef’s Kitchen, hot swimming pool heated to hot tub temps (you’ll give up the tiny sardine packed hotel hot tub after an apres ski dip in the Gatalyn Lodge pool), cozy robes and towels, attentive wonderful Staff, daily access to Gravity Haus Dryland Fitness…We’re 30+ year Vail Veterans and we’ll be back to stay at Gatalyn Lodge for sure !!
My brother, sister-in-law, and I enjoyed a perfectly perfect stay at The Galatyn Lodge recently thanks to the very helpful concierge services provided by the wonderful manager Josh Tenner. To accommodate our travel schedule he arranged for an early check-in and late check-out. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and greatly appreciated.
