DO NOT USE THEM. Recommended a contractor that turned out not to have a contractors license. Contractor stole $1800 from me. They refused to give me a break on commission over the next few real estate purchases and sales. I make to cover my loss due to their mistake. I would never use these people again. I highly recommend you not use them. What kind of people cause a serious problem for you and then when you give them a chance to rectify the situation refused to? My five year old nephew knows better. DO NOT USE THEM.
