I found out that Dinicia Mendez the leasing agent targeted my sister's car and authorized the tow. This is the type of behavior that Jennifer is ok with. retaliation because she was mad that she had to give a temporary parking permit that she first claimed she couldn't do until another leasing agent came. so her actions were retaliation for being wrong and Jennifer condones this behavior. usually regional managers are more open minded but not Jennifer she had no explanation for after hours protocol. Great customer service ! The ladies in the office are super hardworking and accommodating. Please note that they can only do so much so patience is virtue Adam from facilities was super helpful and very accommodating to what we needed. You always want to make sure that the people that work in the facility are reliable and these are ! Thank you again Adam for assisting with making the facility process and helping us great!
