Gotta give a shout out to Adam and the maintenance team at the Gabriel Apts. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft, and he spent all day coming up with a way to get them out, and was successful! He kept me updated throughout the day, and was super helpful from the very beginning. Can’t recommend him and his team enough for any of your maintenance needs.
It’s pains me to leave this review, but I have to be honest with any future residents considering moving to the Gabriel. I lived here since 2022 and have seen three different leasing companies manage the Gabriel. The experience, service and over all quality of life at the Gabriel continues its RAPID decline. The worst part about it is that no one in the front office seems to care. Every day the Gabriel less safe, dirtier, nosier And no one in the leasing office seems to care.
