Where do I even start? Like some of the other reviews mention, when I first moved in a few years ago things were actually pretty good. But after multiple management changes — and, honestly, a new wave of tenants — things went downhill quickly. I’ll try to keep this as realistic and unbiased as possible. Artie was very quick and completed our work order in no time, he even took the time to explain the issue and explain what he was doing in the process, thank you!
Adam was amazing , he came in fixed the stovetop display in about 10 minutes . Cleaned up mess push stove back and tested it. The maintenance team here at the Gabriel is amazing . We are lucky to have them .
