Hopefully I got their names right, but Artie and Danny did me a huge favor today and provided excellent tenant service for my work order. They helped find some valuable earrings that were accidentally tossed down the trash chute and were able to retrieve them for me before the waste was picked up. They even gave me a call while I was at work and were kind enough to drop them off at my unit. 10/10 service — thank you guys!
5 stars for Adam, one of our maintenance guys! He is always super friendly and very quick to respond. Always helps to solve our issues quick. Appreciate him being here!
In the past couple weeks I have seen security more than I have seen since living here. I was walking my dog at 4am earlier this week and security came up to me and said “ There is someone screaming and causing a scene don’t worry we have already called the police” It is nice to see that security is making this place better. Overall I have lived here for 4 years. There have been good and bad things but definitely would choose here over other apartments in the area.
Adam was very quick to respond to my service requests and completed them both that same day!
I'm giving The Gabriel Apartments a 5-star rating because when I went to take a tour there, the staff members were very friendly they even offer my family and me some water and snacks and answered all of my questions, and everything in the apartment building was very clean and well put together. I’m looking forward to moving there soon.
