I had an issue with my fridge in my unit. Turned out it was not working anymore. The Gabriel maintenance switch my fridge to a new unit one within two hours of putting in the request. Amazing service !!
First i would like to add that Leaira is not friendly at all, makes people not want to rent here. Secondly, maximum I would pay for a 1 bedroom here is 1700. A lot of homeless, break ins, right by the station so foot traffic, near holt Pomona.... They mask it with nice amenities and pictures but so not worth it!!!!! 2400 for a 1 bedroom here is insane because of the area and location! They also need to do something about cameras in the parking garage!
Got a tour from Leaira, she was professional and friendly and answered all of our questions! Looking forward to applying here.
Leasing agent Leaira was not friendly. Nice apartments but pretty expensive even if they're luxury apartments. Leaira did not make the tour enjoyable.
