Stephanie at Village Pointe made us feel so welcome and at home. The facility and apartment we desire will meet our needs very well. Bruce loves the pool and I like the dining room. And we think Maude will love the dog park. We feel Stephanie is an excellent representative for Village Pointe. They are fortunate to have her.

I did not have a good experience in the memory care building, on staff nurse is rude and not helpful, staff ratios promised but not consistently followed. Rooms not kept clean, often had a bad smell when you entered the facility. Would not recommend taking your loved one here. They are more interested in keeping their rooms full rather than the care of the residents.
