The residents are here to get socializing and instead they are prisoners in their tiny rooms cause of “COVID” I also find it absurd to blame my grandma for an incident that happened and caused her injury when nobody saw it. Weekends good luck getting in or out. Also good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Lately staff are too busy dressing up and posting pics on fb. There is never any updates about seeing our loved ones. It’s been 3 dang months. If we could we would take her out of Mulberry campus.

RecommendedI cannot say enough good about this facility. My mom lived at Mulberry for a couple years and then moved to The Glen Memory Care facility. Their staff at both facilities are very caring. They care about the residence health and welfare. In a time where we can't visit our family because the facility is in lock down due to COVID-19 I have comfort in knowing the kind of staff they have and she is safe. RecommendedMy mom lives here and what I like when visiting her is the friendliness of Everyone, from the staff down to all those wonderful people who live there. There is so much to do - swimming, exercises, day trips, movies, entertainment, that you’ll never be bored. Or just relax in your own apartment with a good book- the choice is yours. The main thing is that my mom is so happy living here. It was a great choice!
