Centrally located. Just off I 40 in Putnam County Cookeville, Tennessee. Upper Cumberlands. Very Convenient!!! Stores, restaurants and businesses are just moments drive away. The design and the layout of this property is well thought out and very accommodating…a bark park ,outdoor propane for grilling, zero entry swimming pool, fire pit, outdoor TV sitting area, private indoor gym, morning coffee concierge the list goes on. I LOVE living here. I wasn’t jazzed about moving to Cookeville but coming home makes it a little better. The maintenance team works really fast and efficient.
Hot water is out more often than not. Have roaches that I am forced to pay for the exterminator (when the entire building has them). And the HVAC units aren't built to last. Maintenance has been wonderful, though. Oh, and the buildings were built so fast that now the foundations are settling and the doors are difficult to open.
