Love the location it’s quite and clean
I really liked the view of Colorado Springs from here
The view is amazing and the interior is beautiful but the maintenance sucks. I moved in Feb 1, 2023 and 24 days later the light bulb to my microwave went out. Today is 5/8/23 and it has yet to be replaced... Then my laundry room started leaking and it took them 2+ weeks to get it fixed... Their timing is ridiculous. For the rent amount... you'd be better off renting a house!!
