I called Rhonda Wetherington no fewer than three times over a two month period about purchasing land. She never did bother to return a call. It wasn't until my realtor called her that she actually returned a phone call. We heard from her one time, correction, my realtor heard from her one time during the purchase process and it was because she wanted to know when we were closing, so she could collect a check for doing absolutely nothing. I am disappointed in Tami Phillips. Extremely poor follow up and she was extremely demanding. Her demands of the seller were outrageous and she offered a hostile environment for my seller. My seller was so upset by the transaction they almost pulled the entire deal due to Tami's bad attitude and lack of cooperation. I do not recommend her as a listing agent or an agent to work with a seller. She is rude and condescending. Her knowledge of construction and inspection per Florida law is a joke. Stay away!

Unfortunately, I had an extremely poor experience with Tami Phillips and the Weichert Realtors group out of Tampa. Poor follow-up skills, she described my negotiating $250 as being "hostile and aggressive", which is laughable. I was nothing but professional and polite with her, actually agreed to her price and asked for a contract, then received attitude out of nowhere. Buyer beware...there are MUCH better options in the Apollo Beach and Tampa areas than this group(i.e. Joanne Durann with Keller Williams South Shore)...espec... read more
