You need to put a sign on the door saying you're out of everything. Many flavors were empty. No chocolate of any kind unless you count fat free oreo. If you don't like cheesecake flavors and strange fruit flavors you're in for a bad night. Kinda hard to believe no chocolate on a Saturday, and the trash was overflowing. I'd have walked out when I came in and saw no chocolate or even caramel but we are regulars and that's embarrassing. Please place a sign on your door when you're offering limited flavors. Hi Jenny, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. You’re 100% right - we did go through some stretches on Saturday in which certain flavors including chocolate were unavailable. This was not planned, nor would we ever purposely offer limited flavors, but temporary mechanical issues with our machines caused us to do just that. It’s very rare for us to experience those kinds of issues and they were all corrected the same day at one point or another. Not impressed compared to other frozen yogurt places I've been to. We went to use my g'children great report cards to get $3 off each purchase & I was turned down when I asked them to be re-weighed, we were on a budget, so we didn't need to go over our "free" limit by much, and I was pretty sure were had been very close, if not under our "free" weight.....still had to pay about $2.50.
