I ordered an 8" Pure Rest Cotton (w/wool) Mattress and it doesn't have enough filling. I took pictures of it and sent it to customer service but they refuse to resolve the issue. On the pictures you can clearly see that it's only 6" (not 8" like they advertise). In addition to that, because of the lack of filling, I sink almost 5" when I lie down on it. I can feel the bed frame through the mattress. (I also sent pictures to them of this) They advertise it as a "medium-firm" mattress but me and my wife both sink right down in... read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I purchased a cover from them that was far away from the color and texture advertised. They do not issue refunds and are exceedingly rude when asked. $150 wasted.

The futon with mattress was $2000. The futon was simply non-feasible to operate. I have had three futons in my life and the product promise is: 1) it can be a flat bed 2) one person can easily convert it to a couch. Neither of these promises were fulfilled. The mattress is so heavy, you can’t change it from couch to futon and back without incredible strain and risk of back injury. When i called the store they said i had to remove it completely before moving the wooden part from bed to couch and vice versa. That is not a futo... read more

I needed a custom size mattress and saw their comfort plus and thought I would give it a go. Mostly because I had few other choices for this awkward situation of needing a custom size. They totally came through for me and were super helpful and got it to me out of state in about a week and a half. And man this thing is way nicer than I was expecting it to be.

I am so sad, disappointed and yet relieved that I did not order a couch. Long story but was told the truth today by an honest sales person who told me I would not see it for 6 months (even though a week ago, someone in the same location told me 4-6 weeks AND the website cart said the exact same thing!) Additionally it's $700 to ship it two states away and they don't tell you that until it's in the cart. The website is horrific and it would take a detective to figure out how to order swatches.
