First time using The Fuse Box since I’m new to town and they were the cheapest price I found and the nicest people. They are enthusiastic about what they do and want to help people get what they want. Even if they weren’t the cheapest price I would’ve still went with them for that reason. I want somebody who knows and enjoys what they do working on my car and that’s exactly what I got. Thanks Mike. If anybody is looking for a good place to get car audio done, don’t hesitate to call these guys.

Only Mike and his crew are allowed to do installs on my cars. He's helped in directing me to other quality shops for home stereo help as well. Quality shop, top notch guy.
I was in town for a concert, and the steering wheel controls to my stereo went crazy. The guys here rushed me in and disconnected it at my request, and actually suggested I wait until I got back to Birmingham to spend any more money, to make sure that's all that was wrong. Instead of making a quick sale, Mike actually wanted to make sure I didn't spend it unnecessarily. Good guys, and they'll have my business if I'm in the area.
Inquired about price. Mike didn't try to oversell me, rather gave me a couple of options. I decided to buy there. Very pleased with installation, got exactly what I expected, with no issues. My next upgrade will be handled by the fuse box. No need to shop around now.
Absolutely the best customer service you will receive anywhere in town. Mike takes the time to explain the audio equipment and what will work best for what you want. He explains what will be done for the install and ensure it sounds great before you leave. I won't go anywhere else.
