Conned my GF into leaving a deposit a few weeks before they closed their doors. We just happened to come in the day they closed and they refused to honor it. We even asked about buying a floor model which they only offered $20 off. I filled out the on line form a month ago and never received a response! If one store is ran this way you can guarantee all are ran the same!
Bought a nice sectional here and its a good thing we got the warranty. Furniture is poorly constructed and the same thing constantly breaks. We are not rough on our furniture or heavy people. Weve had the set for less then a yr and they have been out to repair it 5 times. Everytime we need a repair my wife or myself have to take a day off of work. Its getting really old. Save yourself the money and the headache. Don't buy furniture here
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I read all four reviews before going, and they are all poor-fair reviews as well. I thought, "It can't be that bad, can it?" IT IS!!!! They are so rude to you. So, when I went to talk to the manager, he stuck up for his employees, instead of saying, the customer is always right.
