Fraudulent, Ransom Business Practices, Understaffed, I hired Atlanta Furniture Taxi for our home move in August 2019 from a personal recommendation. I personally spoke to Aaron, the owner, and discussed the complexity of our move. Both homes are in Atlanta and only 9 miles apart, but both have lots of stairs and a steep driveway at the new home so I wanted to be sure they understood what the project would take. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I’ll just state the facts about my experience: I never received any call ahead or email to confirm my move and the time they would be arriving. I ended having to call them the night before to find out what time they would be arriving. The day of my move they called me 15 mins prior to arriving and had to push back my arrival time by 2 hours, this ended up being 5 hours later. I’ve used this company 3x now over the last 2years and they are so polite and communicative during the process. They wrap and protect everything and if anything additional is needed they mention it. They also point out damage or nicks before moving stuff so there is no confusion or blame games inadvertently. They are super professional and i highly recommended and will be using them again for my next move!! This company moved my furniture up 3 flights of stairs with 2 people. They scratched up my floors, damaged all my furniture, put my white couch pillows on the ground, scratched my new hardwood floors in my renovated home, and dropped my entertainment system from havertys while i was outside helping load the truck and tried to clean it up before i got in there.
