I moved back in early November and was feeling stressed about the move. It was a long move around an hour and a half away and the furniture taxi was recommended to me by my son and daughter in law. I spoke with Aaron on the phone who was very nice and courteous and seemed eager to help me and was willing to go the extra mile to make my move as simple and stress free as possible. Horrible experience. Broke Multiple Things of mine. Tore holes in brand new mattress. Dented a brand new washing machine beyond repair. Broken dishes. Did not wrap or cover dressers but decided to slide boxes across them and scratch them beyond repair. Don't use this company. Find someone else.
Horrible movers broke a lot of my things. Horrible communication. They do not CARE about you or your stuff. I promise.
