BEWARE!! Absolutely the worst customer service! I ordered an expensive custom chair and pillow. I knew and accepted that I had up to a 3 month wait for order. When I received the chair - no pillow. I was told it didn't get ordered and FM would order right away. I ended up calling FM 4-5 times over the next 7 weeks - they never followed up with me. The last straw was today.
