Furniture Mart does not honor their 45 day guarantee! I ordered on April 3rd, my chair was broken when they delivered it. They ordered a new one and changed the guarantee date. I still don't have my chair on June 4th. I also ordered a couch and love seat at the same time. 3 of the 5 cushions have stains. They sent out the service dept and they did not want to try and clean them. FM ordered new covers that I have not received! Go to Happy Harry's in Farmington!! We had a horrible experience. I remember telling our salesperson we wanted a sofa removed, but now Furniture Mart says they do not remove furniture. The delivery people were rude. We got the wrong loveseat. We ordered one with a remote. We was told this loveseat doesn’t come with a remote. I’m very disappointed with my purchase, and will never use Furniture Mart again!
We are new to the area and we spent hours in the store. Ahmad was so kind and patient the whole time we were there. He didn’t follow us all over the store and he wasn’t pushy at all. He ended up showing us furniture I know we will have for years that both my husband and I love. We will definitely use him for our next purchase.
