I purchased furniture in the past from Furniture Barn and always was pleased. Just recently I purchased reclining living room furniture and a new box spring and mattress. The Salesman Phil was awesome - not pushy - took all the time we needed to make a decision. The delivery guys were great with the delivery and putting everything in place. There were some issues with the quality of the reclining furniture which made me an unhappy customer. good customer service, nice furniture, not enough modern to suit my taste.
Loved it here. The salesman was attentive but let us have our space to wander and talk alone...Not pushy. Knew his stuff and was helpful and pointed us in the right direction.
What great people and amazing options! Highly recommend for anyone looking for furniture. Went in with all three kids, staff was great with them. Got my daughter a perfect bedroom set, heading back in a few weeks for the other daughter.
They were ok to deal with but I ordered couch and love seat and they came with no arm covers. Never had that happen before. When I called they said I could order and pay for them. I think that's a rip off. Joanne Reilly
