I love that unlike other stores, the salesperson doesn’t nag you and if you’re a repeat buyer, you work with the same one everytime. My parents bought a lot of their furniture from here when we moved to Delaware 20 years ago and with 3 kids, 3 cats, and 5+ dogs over the years, this furniture still looks great. Furniture barn is great. The customer who gave them a poor rating are morons
I didn't hate the Furniture Barn. I hate the five year policy for damage I bought through them. I think it was $150 or $200 and it is worthless. I had a problem and finally got them on the phone. They said the damage wasn't covered because it happened more than a month before. I wasn't in a hurry to call because it was Covered for 5 years. Didn't read the fine print. Did also leave a message for the service person at Furniture Barn and never got a call back. I might shop there again but NEVER NEVER buy the damage policy. Tot... read more
