I have had a series of events that caused me to contact The Furnace Guy company for an AC concern. The appointment was set up quickly, and Jerimiah was my service tech. He couldn't fix my repair quickly, but he contacted his company, and they contacted me that I could have the repair the very next morning. Again, I had Jerimiah as my tech. For both appointments, he showed up on time, was respectful to me, my property, my pets and my time. He kept me informed of each level of the process.
