I had an exceptional experience with Fullman firm : I had an old over due loan of $5,000 that I tried to pay off. I am very disappointed in this company. I have made all my payments and haven’t received any documents in mail or email stating the settlement has been finalized. They’ve been dodging my calls and all I get is voicemails. No one is doing their job and customer service is terrible. They lie and say they will take care of all paperwork. Don’t believe anything they say! Run!

I contacted Fullman Firm during a crisis and was told they could take my case and were confident about the outcome, even though they knew how much I had already invested. I felt pressured to pay the $5,000 retainer immediately. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
