We have recently received a new trailer that is currently undergoing repairs. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company. There are multiple issues that need to be addressed. To begin with, there seems to be a lack of customer support available. It is challenging to find someone to assist or address any concerns. La atención de Francisco, Jonathan y Alan fue excelente, siempre super atentos, estuvieron atentos y resolvieron todas las dudas en el proceso, aplicar al financiamiento fue muy sencillo, mi socia y yo recomendamos ampliamente trabajar con ellos, nosotros compramos un 16x8 y no hemos tenido ningún detalle con el trailer. Sumado al seguimiento de la compañía.

This is Island fuel Hawaiian BBQ, Alan was AWESOME, handled all my concerns efficiently and professionally I’d recommend him, and the FUD Trailer in general for anything that has to do with food trailers, pleasant experience, awesome company awesome people, very accommodating… not just saying that, when we ran into issue they were handled promptly and efficiently like I said. Thanks again guys!
