Worst property management group ever. Not very nice people. They tried to enter our rented property when we weren’t there and then had the nerve to phone to complain that they couldn’t get in If you’re going to deal with this group, watch out ! You have to wonder about a real estate company that refuse to sign for courier deliveries ? They did everything to avoid a walk through at the end of the lease and then tried to steal the security deposit for fictitious reasons. Worst property mgt. in Phx ! Arrogant ; Contentious & incompetent ! Tenants are targets with onerous contract provisions designed to generate fines , penalties and forfeitures of deposits.
