RecommendedI attended an Introduction to Mindfulness workshop, last week. I enjoyed it. This week I attended a Mindfulness and Nutrition workshop, with my husband, and he said it was an interesting and enjoyable evening. Kathy and Jenna offered a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and I learned a couple of new things about my husband's youth. We are hoping to maybe attend one or two more.

I used to be ashamed I had to go to counseling; not only do I love it now, I can hands down say the Front Porch has forever changed my life. Kathy helped me see the light when there was none left! Through God's wisdom & grace she's been like a guardian angel that saved my life & I'm forever grateful for the pure joy she's helped me to discover & the feeling of being enough from working through life's beautiful/challenging heartaches.
