We were super lucky to come across Lisa (owner of The Fringe 17) and her super nice rental for my daughter who needed to stay in Bismarck for her USPS clerk training for a week. Her rental unit was only a few miles from school. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything a person needed for the week. Lisa was super nice and super reasonably priced. Me and my son had such a wonderful first visit to The Fringe 17’ Boutique & Salon in Bismarck! My 2.5-year-old son got a haircut with Lisa, and she was amazing with him. His last haircut, at a different salon, wasn’t a positive experience—it left him upset and hesitant about the process. But Lisa turned that around and helped him feel so calm and comfortable.
