Me and my son had such a wonderful first visit to The Fringe 17’ Boutique & Salon in Bismarck! My 2.5-year-old son got a haircut with Lisa, and she was amazing with him. His last haircut, at a different salon, wasn’t a positive experience—it left him upset and hesitant about the process. But Lisa turned that around and helped him feel so calm and comfortable. My order was never shipped and all inquires on the status were never addressed. I would not suggest ordering from this shop online. There was zero customer service for my online order.
