I had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here ! The staff were friendly and everything was super cute ! However, my daughter was upset that she was unable to choose the color of the frosting for the cupcakes. It would be nice to at least pick the color for the cupcakes, especially when you purchase the theme add on. She chose painting for her activity which counts as two activities. Best Birthday ever for my daughter. She had such a wonderful time. Julie, the owner, and Giulia made sure we had everything we needed and made you feel at home. Giulia and all the staff, Alena and Regan took care of everything! My daughter never stopped smiling. All her friends had a great time. From the hair, to the spa gift, slime, and karaoke neon dance part — Wow! Thanks to Friendship Factory of Rochester for such an amazing day!!
I highly recommend this place. Giulia and Daniella did a wonderful job for my daughter’s 9th birthday. As soon as we left she said it was her best birthday ever! I simply told them what I wanted and they made it all happen! Truly a magical place for little girls!
Highly recommend having your child’s party here! The entire staff is extremely caring and made it extra fun for the kids. They take care of so much for you so you mainly just need to show up. My daughter had an incredible time. I added the party theme and balloon arch and they turned out amazing. It was so fun!
