These places attempts to teach people to Violate the will of customers to profit a retailer, what they encourage falls short of de jure fraud but is de facto fraud, it is truly shameful. Coercion is not acceptable and should be deemed criminial.
Went through several months of the “gold star” method of training. I have never seen so much disrespect , lack of empathy, and disgusting use of humiliation in order to increase retail profits. Companies like this not only teach retailers to push profits over people, but also contribute largely to corporate greed and consumerism. Predatory practice at best.
Someone at this company, called me with erroneous information. When I asked to speak to a manager to even begin to understand who this company is, the manager was SO incredibly rude and disrespectful. It was like speaking to a someone with pure ignorance to any level of customer service skills whatsoever. I would never do business with a company that treats any one who calls them in this manner.
