I have enjoyed The Fresh Market very much in the past. I am getting married this year and was going to use them to buy all my florals from, but getting in touch with a live person is nearly IMPOSSIBLE. I have spent the last 30 minutes trying allll the options on the automated system to just try to find a person to talk to. I wouldn’t want to work with a vendor that I can barely reach to even just inquire information about, handling all my florals on my wedding day. I was super excited before and now I’m very disappointed.

Yes, they do have several items at admittedly high prices, but they offer such wonderful service, and as a general rule some of the best produce in the area!
Excellent place for special cuts of meat and premium produce and cheese. The Fresh Market (TFM) brand coffee is fantastic and a great value...free samples available all day, every day. Nice selection of bulk nuts, grains and candies. Good wine corner. Not a place to do stock-up shopping because you'll pay way too much for basic supplies, paper products, snacks, etc. because The Fresh Market is not about the basics. Rude, uncaring staff and dirty store – They have a great meat department, and pretty good fresh veggies, but the surly and uncaring employees make shopping here unpleasant. The green shopping baskets are always filthy, and on a recent visit there were flies on the inside of the individual muffin display, and at least 20 containers of Noosa yogurt were more than 5 days out of date. Fresh This new location is fantastic. The expanded variety is great and it feels so more spacious when shopping. My favorite part of Fresh Market is the meat and fish dept.
I find the staff helpful. I think this is a great place for food gifts. We only purchase meat here for a special occasion because it id too pricey for our budget.
