Employees were outside of Earth Fare today handing out coupons. Earth Fare just made the announcement today all the stores are closing. all those people are going to be out of jobs. that has got to be one if the most inconsiderate, terrible things I have ever seen. instead of handing out coupons, why dont you offer them jobs? I will never shop at Fresh Market just because of this. and I will also tell others what your people do.
The cashier was on her cell phone while checking me out. Super Rude!
RecommendedFor all our special occasions we go to Fresh Market. Celebrated my 30 year wedding anniversary with my husband and daughter. Tonight we had the most delicious Prime Cut ribeye steak. Thank you Fresh Market for always having something special for our special occasions.
Service is always great !! Today I was able to try something new . The cashews blueberry cranberry Quinoa. They only had them in pre bags. The young lady told me she can let me try them and if I wanted some she could give me some from out of the bag, that I didn’t have to take all of the pre-bagged item just Incase I don’t like . I will return to get more !!! They taste great !
No customer service whatsoever. Do you even want my business.
Make changes as outlined in other posts including my own.
Too expensive for organic foods. Higher priced than Whole Foods or Earth Farr depends on product. Love their selection

If you want great wine and cheese you are in the right place. However, don’t think for a second your are in a grocery store. If you need a tampon you are out of luck. This store doesn’t carry any feminine hygiene products!?!? Are you kidding me. Who in corporate thought that was ok...at all?!?!!! Milk, eggs, tea towels, stationary, kale chips...but if you are in need of a tampon that’s a No for you. I thought I knew you fresh market...just sad.

Yesterday I stopped in for the first time....crazy, it took me this long!! Hands down the best customer service I’ve EVER experienced getting my groceries! I just want say enough good words about the staff. I was blown away by my produce selection. My new favorite store.
