Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! They canceled the first appointment and rescheduled but never showed up or answered my phone calls after I took the day off from work. A woman called a few days later to apologize and said they would get back to me by the end of the day to reschedule but to no avail. although the frenchman was timely and cooperative, I had some issues...when they came to clean the units at a cost of around $800, I told them in addition to cleaning, to make sure the units were working properly...when they returned them, it was hard to get the apt. below 77 degrees even after running the units for hours...when they dropped the units back, the tech told me not to repair the units again because they were too old...they came back and said the units were working ok, but they were making a lot of noise and even... read more
